📄 Nature of Engagement
The positions are purely on a contract basis on consolidated emoluments. The initial contract period will be up to 3 years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The contract may be extended further based on performance, project duration, and organizational requirements.
Candidates engaged under this recruitment shall not have any claim for regular appointment in C-DAC. Selected candidates may be assigned to any other project or location across India as per organizational needs.
🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech from an AICTE / UGC approved institution or a recognized University.
Candidates whose universities follow CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or grading systems must submit official proof of percentage conversion and awarded class along with the degree certificate.
Final semester candidates who will complete their course before appointment are also eligible to apply. However, joining will be permitted only after successfully passing the examination with the required minimum score.
🧑💼 Experience Criteria
Only relevant post-qualification experience, wherever required, will be considered.
Academic, teaching, research experience, internships, project work, or training that forms part of the academic curriculum will not be treated as experience, unless explicitly stated.
Candidates must submit valid experience certificates from current and previous employers clearly indicating:
- 📅 Period of employment
- 💰 Salary drawn
- 🏷️ Post held
Experience claimed without proper supporting documents will not be considered and may lead to rejection or cancellation without prior notice. The decision of C-DAC regarding experience eligibility shall be final.
The pay offered is based on the minimum experience required for the post. Candidates with higher relevant experience may be offered additional increments as per C-DAC policy.
Internal C-DAC candidates must have completed a minimum of 2 years of service in C-DAC as on the date of notification to apply.
🎯 Age Limit and Relaxation
The upper age limit will be as specified for each post.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms for:
- SC / ST / OBC
- Persons with Disabilities
- Ex-servicemen
Government employees on pay scale are eligible for age relaxation up to 5 years, including other applicable relaxations.
The cut-off date for age and experience calculation will be the last date of application submission.
Valid proof of date of birth will be SSLC / SSC / ISC certificate or equivalent.
OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the prescribed format.
EWS certificate must be strictly as per DoPT format.
Applications not meeting the prescribed age criteria will be rejected without prior intimation.
📝 Selection Procedure
Candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification. Possession of minimum qualification or experience does not automatically guarantee shortlisting.
Initial screening will be done based on academic records, qualifications, and experience declared in the online application. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for further stages such as written test, skill test, interview, or other selection processes, as decided by C-DAC.
C-DAC reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, screening parameters, and selection process depending on the number of applications received.
Selection will be based on:

- ✍️ Written test marks (if applicable)
- 🗣️ Interview performance
- 📌 Any other parameters deemed fit by management

🖥️ How to Apply

Applicants must have a valid and active email ID and mobile number throughout the selection process.
Candidates should click the Apply button for the desired post, log in using mobile number, verify via OTP, and complete the application form.
Previously applied candidates may receive a pre-filled editable application, which should be reviewed and updated before submission.
Required uploads:
- 📸 Photograph in JPG format (maximum 400 KB)
- 📄 Resume in PDF format (maximum 500 KB)
After submission, a unique application number will be generated. Candidates should save and print the application for future reference.
No hard copy of the application is required to be sent to C-DAC. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
Candidates working in Government / PSU / Autonomous bodies must apply online and forward the signed application through proper channel. If not forwarded, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be produced at the time of interview.
